Delivery Information
When will my order ship?
At Kriskay Kiddies, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Here's what you can expect:
- Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will be shipped out the same day.
- Next-Business-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) will be shipped out the next business day.
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) will be shipped out on the next business day (Monday, unless it's a public holiday).
- Public Holiday Orders: Orders placed on public holidays will be shipped out on the next business day.

At Kriskay Kiddies, we understand the importance of getting your products to you quickly and conveniently. That's why we offer delivery services from:
8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Monday to Friday
Our dedicated team will ensure that your orders are delivered to your doorstep within this time frame, so you can plan your day with ease.
Please note:
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered the same day
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered the next business day
- Delivery times may vary on weekends and public holidays

Tracking
At Kriskay Kiddies, we want to keep you informed every step of the way. That's why we offer easy order tracking, so you can stay up-to-date on the status of your delivery.
How to Track Your Order:
1. Click on the "Track Your Order" link at the top of our website
2. Enter your order number and email address
3. Click "Track" to view the status of your order
Tracking Updates:
- Order Received: We've received your order and are processing it
- Order Shipped: Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you
- Out for Delivery: Your order is with our courier and will be delivered soon
- Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered
Note: Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after your order has shipped.
